I enjoy the study of military history from all eras and nations. I've included a bit of my father's and my military stories and pictures. I have a stong sense of pride of having served with two of the greatest units ever: The 101st Airborne Division and The Big Red One. I'll be adding my bibliographical writings (which are only as I remember events and not in all cases documented) as I progress. I must also express that my knowledge of the war in general and even the specific locations through which I passed are limited as my experiences are that of a lower level enlisted person. I was given specific instructions by my superiors and I followed them. Enjoy!
